A time out<\/h3>\n

Josef Schwickerath<\/strong> has spent a long time researching the topic of bullying and has published several guides on the subject. He believes it is important to take victims seriously. Taking time out from work can often help them to gain distance. Afterwards, they need to ask themselves: What can I do myself?<\/p>\n

It is difficult for victims of bullying to understand what they can do themselves. Demanding that the perpetrators or structures change is not very helpful. That rarely works. The crucial question from the perspective of a victim is: What can I do to get out of this situation?<\/em> - Josef Schwickerath, psychologist<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Profession vs. vocation<\/h3>\n
