In our new podcast „Auf die Zw\u00f6lf“, mediator Sascha Weigel explains how conflicts arise – and how they can be resolved.<\/p>\n This podcast is all about conflict. And the way we deal with them. Together, we take a look at the \"stepchild of communication culture\". And shed light on its various facets - whether at work or at home. We regularly interview experts and talk to people who have to deal with conflicts. These can be judges, professors, lifeguards and actors.<\/p>\n The first episode poses the question: Has our relationship to conflict changed?<\/p>\n Because Germans are taking fewer cases to court. But why is that? Weren't Germans actually regarded as the \"litigants of Europe\"? We talk about this in the podcast with Prof Caroline Meller-Hannich<\/a> from the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. She has researched this topic extensively.<\/p>\n We also spoke to Dr Bernd Schmid. He has the Institute for Systemic Counselling<\/a> and can look back on many years of experience as a consultant and coach. For him, the reason for most conflicts in the world of work is complexity.
