It can't go on like this!\".<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Contacts are broken off, facts are created, targeted actions are instigated.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Actions that are not explained do not have the desired consequences, which is<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>is attributed to the unwillingness of the other (<i>\"Autistic circular process\"<\/i>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>=&gt; Conflicts are real opportunities for both sides!<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p10\"><span class=\"s1\">Level II<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>&#8211; Win-lose range<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"p12\"><strong>Phase 4: Coalition building<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">They begin to encroach on their surroundings, to take advantage of others, to seek confirmation of their own reasonable behaviour and good will as well as the unreasonableness of others, and bystanders become participants (\"<i>Swirl effect<\/i>\").<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">The shared history is being rewritten one by one (<i>\"New remembrance\"<\/i>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p12\"><strong>Phase 5: Loss of face and face attack<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Exposing actions, unmasking, demonstrations, so that the grimace of the guilty party becomes visible to everyone (<i>\"Establishment of the offender status\"<\/i>). The New Remembering \"shows\" how much one is a victim oneself, enemy images are generated (\"<i>Personification<\/i>\").<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Communication only has a selective confirming effect!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p12\"><strong>Phase 6: Threats<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Ultimatums are issued, sanctions threatened,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Self-binding measures as an expression of desperate strength and one's own victim status at the same time <i>(\"Self fulfilling prophecy\")<\/i>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">A climate of fear and threat is emerging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">Level III<\/span> &#8211; Loose-lose range<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><strong>Phase 7: Limited retaliatory strikes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Realisation of threats, thinking in black and white; friend\/enemy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Limited, controlled destruction strikes are considered \"appropriate actions\", i.e. necessary, in self-defence and as a sacrifice of the other.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Violence is considered appropriate and is always \"just a reaction\".<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">The other person is to blame for the conflict and the violence &#8211; and in general.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><strong>Phase 8: Fragmentation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Violence does not stop the conflict, but is the cause of further violence.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">The \"punitive moment\" of violence misses the mark because it is unacceptable to others.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">The aim is now to destroy the enemy system, because in the logic of those involved this seems to be the only solution to end the conflict.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><strong>Phase 9: Total destruction<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Self-protection takes a back seat; the aim is to destroy the other person at all costs.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Together into the abyss, the divisive still leads together, nihilism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;--awb-sep-color:#ffffff;border-color:#ffffff;border-top-width:1px;\"><\/div><\/div><div style=\"text-align:center;\"><a class=\"fusion-button button-flat fusion-button-default-size button-default fusion-button-default button-1 fusion-button-default-span fusion-button-default-type\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/lms.inkovema.de\/elemente-der-mediation\/konflikt\/konfliktdynamik\/\"><span class=\"fusion-button-icon-divider button-icon-divider-left\"><i class=\"fa-info-circle fas awb-button__icon awb-button__icon--default\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-button-text awb-button__text awb-button__text--default fusion-button-text-left\">Element No. 22 &#8211;
