Over the past two decades, the number of cases filed has fallen steadily. Fewer and fewer lawsuits are being filed in Germany.<br \/>\nIn den Jahren von 1997 &#8211; 2017 sind bei den Amtsgerichten um 44% und bei den Landgerichten um 27% weniger Klagen eingegangen. Das ist ein sagenhafter R\u00fcckgang.Wie ist dieser R\u00fcckgang der Eingangszahlen zu erkl\u00e4ren? Und wie ist er zu bewerten?Das Bundesministerium der Justiz hat f\u00fcr diese zwei Fragen im September 2020 ein Forschungsprojekt in Auftrag gegeben. Die Hallenser Professor*innen Dr. Caroline Meller-Hannich und Dr. Armin H\u00f6land f\u00fchren dieses Projekt zusammen mit der ehem. Pr\u00e4s. das KG Berlin, Dr. Monika N\u00f6hre und der Interval GmbH durch.
